great movie. somewhat departed like with less stars. it's even more impressive this movie was that good with just 3 known actors. props to the director
An OK movie, not my favorite but alright. I would only recommend seeing this if you had exhausted all the other releases at the local video store and the "On Demand" was hurting.
The film follows a police family's two brothers, and their entanglements with a group of Russian drug dealers. The older son who is the "good son" played by Mark Wahlberg is a police capt. and the family's black sheep played by Joaquin Phoenix is a night club manager who unwittingly assists the Russians in their drug trade.
Long story short the two families go to war, bullets fly and a lot of people end up dead.
Its an alright movie but its pretty predictable and has only one really kick ass action sequence. See it if you get a chance, but don't kill yourself, your not missing much.
