Ok, look I'm not gonna lie I went into this with uber high expectations I mean it's Lucase arts its has to rule right?....Wrong.
I left the movie really upset, though now looking back I'm only mildly disappointed. I can get into the whole Crystal skull thing because I've seen some History channel stuff on it and it was pretty believable. In that regard they did a really good job.
Where they lost me was with all the ridiculous CGI none sense. It got to the point where the whole F'ing thing was CGI. Like really, we can't just blow sh** up anymore? Not like they didn't have the budget for it.
Oh well.
The acting was awesome while sucking simultaneously. Harrison Ford rules he's still Indy/Solo and he rocks, even as an old dude. Karen Allen is also great as Marian, the dynamic between those two is the same as in Raiders so that was cool. It was also nice to see that they kept the love interest in the same age category.
Where they lose me is with Shya La Douche. I don't know what the f*** people are thinking or where Hollywood is going but they seem completely inept to produce any new action stars. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against the kid he was good in Transformers and he's a decent actor but the kid from "Even Stevens" is no action hero bad ass.
Defiantly see it because you have to as an American but don't expect to enjoy it.
PS. ***Spoiler***
If he put that hat on at the end I was gonna have to buy myself a ticket west.

george lucas has destroyed his good name and company by producing this piece of sh**. Not one moment of this movie was remotely good. If you want a movie with a similar plot, go watch the new National Treasure. Also, 65 year old harrison ford is too old for that sh**.

Oh my good god... What the f***. That movie made the least sense of about any movie I have ever seen. Nothing logical made sense and everything illogical did. I was surprised that gravity was taking affect properly, and even in the end it was a bit iffy. The plot was interesting... although kind of coocoo. The beginning of the movie just seemed like it was a spoof of an old Indiana Jones movie or was just making fun of it. It seemed to get a bit more serious by the end but I was never on the edge of my seat waiting to happen. I was more laughing at how ridiculous most of the things that were occurring right before my eyes; Like how he escapes a nuclear blast in a fake refrigerator... while its flying around and bouncing. Or how the kid can rope swing faster than a moving vehicle.

I was very disappointed with the outcome of this movie.
